Rocío voucher CZK 2,000

Every issued voucher has a unique code printed on it, which lets you redeem the voucher as part of an order at the Rocío e-shop. Just copy the code into the relevant field in the cart before completing your order. The voucher can only be redeemed online at our e-shop, not with partners or in other stores.

We do not currently offer electronic vouchers – but we're working on introducing them. For now, the voucher needs to be delivered to you physically.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher cannot be extended or refunded. The voucher is single-use and cannot be redeemed in parts. If the order value is lower than the voucher value, the difference is not returned; if it is higher, the customer pays the difference.

Vouchers are always issued without a name and are fully transferable – you can give them to anyone. Responsibility for any handover of the voucher to a third party lies with the voucher holder.

The voucher can be used at any time, including weekends and public holidays. It can be redeemed for any goods of a corresponding value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or returned after 14 days from purchase (if it has already been redeemed, a return is not possible).
