Our story

Where the story begins

Our Palo Santo comes from the Manabí region on the coast of Ecuador. A place where this tree has grown for centuries and where it is a natural part of the culture and everyday life of local communities.

We work directly with the people who know it best. A partnership built on a personal relationship and on trust that has been growing since 2022.

WHO STANDS BEHIND THE BRAND

Rocío is the name of a woman who has lived and worked in the Manabí region her entire life. This is where she built her family, and Palo Santo is a natural part of her days.

The name of the brand is a tribute to the community she represents, and to their relationship with a tree they have protected and respected for generations.

How we work

We collect Palo Santo exclusively from naturally deadfall trees, in accordance with local traditions. It is processed directly in the Manabí region, in the hands of people who know this tree better than anyone.

Because we respect the natural cycles of the forest, some products may occasionally be out of stock. We take this as part of how we choose to work.

Rocío grows at its own pace.

We value the depth of relationships over the speed of growth.
